  43. Thanks for bringing this up, I failed to mention that I tried powering up with more 
  44. than one power supply.  My workbench supply will NOT shut itself down if not loaded. 
  45.  It WILL, however, if overloaded, and this motherboard is the first device that has 
  46. overloaded it.  Therefore I can't test voltages on chips since I can't get any there!

  48. Any other ideas?
